Playful activity in adults has been shown to create clarity of mind and
increase energy levels. This experiential playshop is filled with fun and silliness
that promotes lightheartedness and laughter. Ways to bring more playfulness and humor into daily life
will be included.
This mini-workshop is available in 1 1/2 to 3 hour formats.
